Opportunity for a candidate with the rare mixture of SharePoint, CRM v4.0+ as well previous Dynamics NAV v9 development experience and ideally have passed NAV Application and Development exams or have previous experience of implementing Dynamics NAV on client sites. A good understanding and experience of SQL is an advantage as well as good analytical skills with the ability to understand requirements being essential.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading implementer of the product set within New Zealand. This organisation is focused on delivering best of class solutions for their customers and also works closely with Microsoft to ensure their technical staff have a full understanding of their technologies and directions.
They now require this person who can demonstrate a solid track record in the implementation and ongoing support of the product set. Ideally you will have 3 or more years experience working in the Dynamics NAV space and be able to:-
- Design and develop client solutions within NAV
- Design processes and procedures for the full NAV development life cycle
- Work with the sales team and provide pre-sales support for client proposals
- Develop detailed technical specifications and data models for large scale development projects
- Provide advice and consulting on detailed technical integration with the likes of Web Services and Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Have a strong working knowledge of SharePoint and CRM v4.0+

This organisation is involved in a major change programme. They are seeking an accomplished BA to join their team to help facilitate this major change initiative. The emphasis is on achieving significant commercial outcomes with a focus on business improvement
Your role will be to work alongside the Project Manager on specific projects and analyse what is required to facilitate this change. The focus will be on cost savings through more effective and efficient systems and processes, with the emphasis on minimising waste and eliminating duplication. It would be a distinct advantage for you to have had some exposure to a large complex corporate environment where this process has been undertaken and has been successful.
You will have done development and testing, and undertaken significant documentation of processes, with an emphasis on pragmatic and practical solutions. Again, it is important that you have been exposed to a change environment with a BPR emphasis.
You will need a relevant commercial tertiary qualification, as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of business and how each area interacts with the other as this "programme of works" has a highly commercial focus and will need someone who understands the link between effective systems and superior customer service delivery.
