This “push and pull” (or “find and be found”) approach ensures wide reach and gives us the opportunity to identify suitable people, as well as receive a response from those via advertising. We believe that this dual candidate approach is the best way to cover the active market, whilst also being proactive in the passive market, who may be enticed by your opportunity.
